Our story
It all started with a routine car repair. The shop told me it would take about four hours, so I decided to run some errands. I asked for a loaner vehicle, but they didn’t have one. Next, I tried calling a taxi—no luck there either. Finally, I thought I’d give Uber a try, but still, nothing was available. That’s when it hit me: “I can’t be the only person in the Brattleboro area facing this problem.” And just like that, Brattleboro Rides was born!
About your Driver, Don
I’ve been working since a young age, always immersed in some form of the service industry. From food services and management to personal security, I’ve worn many hats and gained invaluable experience along the way. Through these roles, I’ve developed a sharp eye for detail and a deep awareness of my surroundings—qualities that ensure a safe and seamless experience for those I serve. Growing up in the Brattleboro area has given me a unique perspective and a deep connection to this community. I know the hidden gems that make this place special, as well as the challenges we face, which inspires me to contribute to its growth and well-being.
